We are looking for a hungry, articulate Sales Development Representative to join their Reston-based team. This is the perfect “launchpad” role for someone looking to build a lucrative career in enterprise software sales.
Sales Development Representative Responsibilities:

Strategic Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to VPs and C-suite executives within banks and mortgage companies.

Pipeline Growth: Identify pain points and qualify leads to build a robust sales funnel for the Account Executive team.

Master the Craft: Become an expert in the “RegTech” (Regulatory Technology) space, learning how to sell complex, high-value solutions.
Sales Development Representative Qualifications:

The “Hunter” Mentality: You are resilient, coachable, and driven by hitting (and exceeding) targets.

Strong Communicator: You can translate complex technical concepts into clear value propositions.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 6 months-1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales-oriented role.

Local to Washington, DC: Ability to work from a modern office space in the West End area.
