Job Description
LaSalle Network is partnered with a growing SaaS start-up seeking a Remote Manager of Customer Success to join their customer success team. This company utilizes innovative technology to enhance the functionality of small to large businesses all around the US, specific to the automotive industry.

The Remote Manager of Customer Success will be responsible for managing a team of up to 10 CSMs. This person will be responsible for the continued growth of their team in addition to developing and enhancing operational processes. The ideal candidate will be a savvy leader with strong leadership and development skills.

Remote Manager of Customer Success Responsibilities: 
  • Lead a team of Customer Success Managers to ensure customer utilize the software effectively
  • Manage team objectives, including increased platform adoption, maintaining strong customer retention and building a thriving customer community
  • Hire and develop talent
  • Build and implement scalable processes and systems
  • Work cross-functionally with Account Management, Implementation, Professional Services, Sales and Marketing to improve customer adoption and outcomes
  • Advocate for customer needs

Remote Manager of Customer Success Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • 1-5 years of leadership experience in customer success
  • SaaS industry knowledge required
  • Salesforce proficiency
  • Strong track record of building teams and processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
