As an Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll be a key player in shaping the candidate experience while supporting associate-level hiring at scale. You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers and onboarding partners to keep processes moving and candidates engaged.
What’s the job?
- Support high-volume recruiting for associate-level roles
- Source candidates using ADP ATS and manage job postings
- Conduct initial candidate screens and coordinate interviews
- Provide interview scheduling and administrative recruiting support
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
- Previous HR, recruiting or coordination experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with a professional, friendly approach
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ATS platforms; ADP is a plus
- Hands-on recruiting and HR experience
- Opportunity to convert to a full-time Recruiting Coordinator role
- Exposure to onboarding and training administration
- Compensation: $22-$25/hour
