LaSalle Network has partnered with a law firm that brings over 50 years of experience in the workers compensation, personal injury, and wrongful claims area. We are currently looking for a Receptionist that will be fully onsite in the Des Plaines area.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage large number of incoming calls and treat each caller with respect and empathy
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using our firm’s case management software.
- Handle client’s stressful situations, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and properly direct calls to the appropriate attorney.
- Log customer interactions using our case management software.
- Scan and route documents to the appropriate case using our case management software
Position Requirements:
- 1+ year of front desk/administrative experience
- Compensation: $20-$22/hr pending experience
- Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision
- Location: Des Plaines, IL (On-site)
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
