Property Program Manager

LaSalle Network is hiring an experienced Property Program Manager to oversee operations within established senior living communities across Cook and Lake counties. This Program Manager role is ideal for a property operations professional with strong compliance knowledge, leasing experience and a passion for excellence in senior living environments. The Program Manager will drive operational performance, ensure regulatory compliance and lead a high-performing team supporting senior living residents.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations within senior living housing communities
• Manage budgets and ensure alignment with funding and compliance standards
• Supervise leasing, occupancy and maintenance coordination
• Ensure senior living regulatory and documentation compliance
• Respond to resident concerns, emergencies and crisis situations
• Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements
• Coach, mentor and develop team members

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred
• 3–5 years of property management or senior living operations experience
• In-depth knowledge of leasing, compliance and maintenance oversight
• Strong leadership and staff development skills
• Conflict resolution and crisis management expertise
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to obtain COS and ARM certifications within 12 months

• Compensation: $58,400 – $64,600 annually
