Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution across construction, renovation, or new build initiatives
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor on-site progress daily and proactively address delays or issues
- Ensure projects stay within scope, budget, and timeline constraints
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards
- Manage procurement, resource allocation, and cost tracking
- Provide clear and consistent project updates to leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience in construction, renovation, or new development
- Proven track record of managing budgets and timelines successfully
- Strong on-site presence with the ability to drive progress and accountability
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment
- Familiarity with project management tools and construction documentation processes

Key Details
- Location: On-site (5 days per week)
- Compensation: $110,000–$120,000 base salary and eligibility to earn 10% bonus
