This is a part-time Project Manager role based in Cleveland, OH, with flexibility for remote work as needed. In this role, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams to drive project execution, maintain alignment with strategic priorities, and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.
Your Day-to-Day
- Develop and maintain project timelines, including key cross-functional milestones
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and potential delays
- Coordinate project activities to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and business objectives
- Provide regular project updates and status reports to leadership and key stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to track progress, address risks, and support timely decision-making
- Partner with internal teams to ensure project milestones and organizational priorities are achieved
We’d Love to Hear from You If You Have:
Required Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile, or related certification
- 3–7 years of experience in project management, program management, or operations, preferably within the CPG, food, or consumer products industry
- Experience managing cross-functional projects or product launch initiatives
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting new product development or commercialization projects in a CPG or food manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with product development, regulatory, and food safety processes
