This is an ongoing contract opportunity with potential to convert — ideal for a hands-on Project Manager ready to own projects from kickoff to completion.
What’s the job?
- Lead real estate and licensing-related projects within the PMO
- Partner with facilities, compliance, legal and operations teams
- Drive timelines, budgets and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings and ensure milestone completion
- Track risk, escalate issues and propose solutions
- Support site openings, transitions and regulatory initiatives
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Healthcare experience is nice to have
- Real estate or construction project exposure strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive accountability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
