LaSalle Network has partnered with a performance marketing agency currently undergoing a high-visibility digital transformation. We are seeking a Program Operations Manager to serve as the “operational heartbeat” of a major website modernization and migration initiative.

In this role, you will go beyond simple scheduling; you will own the program’s governance, manage complex RAID logs, and ensure cross-functional alignment between Marketing, Tech, and external Implementation Partners. We are looking for a disciplined, proactive leader who can translate project complexity into actionable executive insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Operations & Cadence: Manage the recurring program rhythm, including governance forums and readiness checkpoints. You will own agendas, action items, and the integrated program calendar to drive accountability across all workstreams.

  • RAID & Dependency Tracking: Maintain the “source of truth” for risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies. You will identify blockers early, route them to owners, and package context for leadership decision-making.

  • Migration Readiness: Track status across pilot and migration waves. You will maintain migration readiness trackers and support the Program Lead in preparing for critical “Go/No-Go” milestones.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the bridge between Marketing, Analytics, SEO, Creative, and Business Technology. You will ensure clear handoffs and manage sequencing impacts between internal teams and vendors.

  • Vendor & Partner Alignment: Coordinate sprint-level touchpoints with external Implementation Partners, ensuring their deliverables align with the broader program roadmap.

  • Reporting & Documentation: Synthesize complex data into weekly executive-ready status summaries, ensuring consistent formatting and clear communication of next steps.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-5+ years of project management or PMO experience, specifically supporting large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in matrixed environments.

  • Technical PM Skills: Mastery of RAID tracking, dependency mapping, and multi-stakeholder coordination.

  • Communication: Exceptional facilitation skills and the ability to write concise, structured, and action-oriented executive updates.

  • Proactive Mindset: A proven ability to drive closure on delivery-critical items without needing formal authority over stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting enterprise website modernization, DXP/CMS transformations, or MarTech initiatives.

  • Familiarity with phased rollouts, launch readiness, or multi-wave migration programs.

  • Comfort operating alongside Agile teams and understanding sprint/release planning.

  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are highly valued.

Tools & Collaboration

  • PM Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet.

  • Collaboration: Expertise in Confluence, SharePoint, and Google Workspace.

  • Reporting: Experience with Power BI, Looker, or similar data visualization dashboards.

Please note:
  • This is a contract-to-permanent opportunity, the contract stage will be a W2 contract role
  • On the contract portion the role pays up to $50.00/hr, conversion salary range between $90k-$110k.
  • Location: Chicago, must be able to go onsite 1 day/week
  • Benefits: LaSalle Network consultants have the opportunity to enroll in benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance during the contract portion of the assignment.
Please apply today if your background aligns and a recruiter will be in touch!
