Process benefit verifications for incoming referrals

Submit prior authorizations and renewals through Availity and related payer portals

Review required clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness

Manage deadlines with urgency and ensure turnaround times are met

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve missing information or authorization barriers
What’s needed?

Experience as a Prior Authorization Specialist or working in prior auth functions

Hands-on experience with Availity

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proven ability to work with tight deadlines and shifting priorities

Comfortable working 100% on-site in Hudson, Ohio
