We’re partnering with a well-established organization to hire a Performance Marketing Analyst focused on campaign measurement, insights, and performance storytelling across digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who loves digging into data, understanding what’s driving results, and clearly explaining the why behind performance—without being responsible for hands-on platform optimization.

This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity with a hybrid schedule in the Chicago Office. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze campaign performance across Paid Search, Paid Social, Email, SEO, and onsite engagement
  • Evaluate KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and funnel drop-off
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through campaign and journey analysis
  • Use GA4 and/or Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to answer performance and attribution questions
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Support post-campaign reviews and ongoing performance analysis (no platform execution required)

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing analytics, digital analytics, or a related role
  • Hands-on experience using GA4 for campaign and funnel analysis
  • Experience using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar enterprise analytics tools (practical usage, not admin-level)
  • Strong understanding of paid media performance metrics and how campaigns are measured
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads and/or Meta Ads (from a reporting and insights perspective) UTMs, conversion tracking, funnels, and attribution models
  • Ability to reconcile performance data across multiple platforms and explain discrepancies

This is a W2-based contract with potential for health; dental and vision benefits offered through LaSalle Network. This role will pay up to a $40/hr rate, and the client has a budget of up to $90k base for a direct hire placement.
