LaSalle Network is seeking a proactive Payroll Compliance Coordinator to support payroll accuracy and Workday case management for a healthcare-driven organization in Bannockburn, IL. This contract Payroll Compliance Coordinator role is built for someone who can spot errors, audit time data and confidently guide leaders toward corrections.
You’ll be the go-to expert ensuring time entries are accurate, attestations are reviewed and payroll compliance stays tight.
What’s the job?

Review and approve payroll attestations in Workday
-
Audit nurse clock-in/clock-out discrepancies
-
Download Excel reports to analyze timekeeping errors
-
Manage and resolve Workday cases and correction requests
-
Communicate findings to managers and guide corrections
-
Escalate compliance concerns appropriately
-
Collaborate with HR Tech to troubleshoot system issues
-
Track and manage escalations through full resolution
What’s needed?
-
2–3 years of payroll, compliance or HR operations experience
-
Advanced comfort with Excel reporting and data review
-
Workday experience strongly preferred
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to manage multiple cases in a deadline-driven environment
-
Healthcare experience is a plus
