What’s the job?
- Handle 30–35 inbound calls daily regarding life insurance policies
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email and written correspondence
- Process payments and policy documentation accurately
- Collaborate with agents, clients and government entities
- Maintain organized records in a high-volume environment
- Progress through structured training from processor to independent call handling
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills and comfort managing call volume
- Computer proficiency and multitasking ability
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Associate degree preferred
- Insurance industry experience preferred
- $18–$19/hour
