Work Model: Temp-to-hire | Training: 8:00am–4:30pm CST | Post-training schedules vary between 8:00am–8:00pm CST based on performance

- Handle high-volume inbound calls from members regarding benefit inquiries
- Break down and clearly explain copays, coinsurance, deductibles, coverage rules and EOBs
- Assist with claims processing tasks as needed
- Work directly with providers and members to resolve questions efficiently
- Recent commercial insurance experience
- Background in explaining EOBs
- 2+ years of member-facing healthcare customer service experience
- Ability to learn quickly and operate in a structured, high-volume call center
