LaSalle Network is seeking a detail-oriented 2nd shift Remote Patient Access Specialist to support a respected healthcare organization known for delivering high-quality care. In this role, you will serve as the primary connection point for patients, providing guidance on scheduling, insurance and billing. This Patient Access Specialist position is ideal for someone with strong call center experience who thrives on service, accuracy and efficiency.
Compensation: $17–$19/hour

Work Model: Fully Remote, 2nd Shift | 10 a.m.–7 p.m. CST

What’s the job?

Field high-volume inbound calls with professionalism

Schedule appointments and coordinate patient needs

Explain insurance benefits, billing statements and patient balances

Verify demographics, coverage and eligibility

Use EPIC and MyChart to document and manage patient information

Offer clear, compassionate communication on every call
What’s needed?

Required experience: patient access, medical call center or healthcare customer service

EPIC and MyChart proficiency preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple systems

Ability to work the 10 a.m.–7 p.m. CST 2nd shift
