What’s the job?

Handle payroll processing and maintain accuracy across all employee data

Support recruiting efforts by posting roles and coordinating interviews

Lead new hire orientations and assist with onboarding paperwork

Manage and file confidential HR documents

Track employee time off and benefits accruals

Answer HR-related questions with professionalism and empathy
What’s needed?

2+ years of administrative assistant experience

Strong attention to detail and time management

Excellent communication skills and discretion

Experience with Paylocity a plus
