This role will own the strategy and execution of lower-funnel paid search campaigns, with a strong emphasis on Google Performance Max, conversion-driven search, and ROI-focused optimization.

What You’ll Do:
- Own end-to-end paid search strategy and execution across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with a heavy focus on lower-funnel and conversion-driven campaigns
- Build, manage, and optimize Performance Max campaigns, including asset strategy, audience signals, and feed-based initiatives
- Develop and optimize search, shopping, and remarketing campaigns to drive revenue, leads, and efficiency
- Partner closely with analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting
- Conduct ongoing testing across keywords, creative, landing pages, and bidding strategies
- Prepare clear, insightful performance reporting and present results to internal stakeholders and clients
- Stay current on Google Ads platform updates and best practices, especially around automation and AI-driven solutions
What You Have:
- 3+ years of hands-on paid search experience
- Proven experience managing lower-funnel paid search campaigns with a performance mindset
- 2+ years’ experience in Google Performance Max
- Experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, and performance measurement
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- This position pays $35/hr-$40/hr (W2 only) based on years of experience.
