LaSalle Network has partnered with a boutique digital marketing agency in downtown Chicago in looking for a Paid Search Manager. This role will own the strategy and execution of lower-funnel paid search campaigns, with a strong emphasis on Google Performance Max, conversion-driven search, and ROI-focused optimization.
As the Paid Search Manager, you will work closely with internal strategy, analytics, and client teams to drive measurable business outcomes across a diverse portfolio of clients. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves performance marketing, testing, and continuously improving results.
Paid Search Manager What You’ll Do

Own end-to-end paid search strategy and execution across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with a heavy focus on lower-funnel and conversion-driven campaigns

Build, manage, and optimize Performance Max campaigns, including asset strategy, audience signals, and feed-based initiatives

Develop and optimize search, shopping, and remarketing campaigns to drive revenue, leads, and efficiency

Analyze performance trends and make data-driven recommendations to improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion volume

Partner closely with analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting

Conduct ongoing testing across keywords, creative, landing pages, and bidding strategies

Prepare clear, insightful performance reporting and present results to internal stakeholders and clients

Stay current on Google Ads platform updates and best practices, especially around automation and AI-driven solutions
Paid Search Manager What We’re Looking For

3+ years of hands-on paid search experience in an agency environment

Proven experience managing lower-funnel paid search campaigns with a performance mindset

Strong working knowledge of Google Performance Max

Experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, and performance measurement

Comfortable managing multiple client accounts and budgets simultaneously

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Strong communication skills and confidence collaborating with both internal teams and clients
Paid Search Manager Nice to Have

Experience with eCommerce or lead generation clients

Exposure to feed management, Merchant Center, or Shopping campaigns

Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools

Experience testing and implementing automated bidding and AI-driven optimizations
