Overnight Concierge Front Desk Attendant Responsibilities:
- Greet residents, guests, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
- Monitor building access, enforce entry procedures, and log visitor information
- Receive packages and notify residents promptly
- Answer phones, assist with resident inquiries, and relay messages
- Maintain a clean, orderly front desk and lobby area
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to property management
Concierge Front Desk Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles preferred
- Strong communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor
- Ability to work Overnight: 11:30 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work at various apartment complexes throughout Chicago
- Dependable, self-directed, and organized
