LaSalle Network is hiring an Operations Senior Financial Analyst for a global manufacturing organization based in Louisville, Kentucky. This direct hire role is tailored for a finance professional with at least 5 years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, or forecasting and hands-on exposure to manufacturing or facility environments.
With a hybrid schedule (2–3 days onsite), this role offers the opportunity to lead site-level financial reporting, collaborate with plant operations, and dig into SAP data to influence real decisions.

Lead monthly financial close and variance analysis

Partner with site leadership to track KPIs and operational metrics

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and capital project planning

Ensure product costing accuracy and identify improvement opportunities

Maintain compliance with internal controls and audit requirements

Translate complex SAP data into actionable business insights

Contribute to cost-reduction and process efficiency initiatives
What’s Needed?

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

5+ years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or external reporting

Manufacturing or facilities experience is required

Proficiency in SAP and strong analytical skills

Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
