Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a leadership role model by demonstrating company values and practicing servant leadership.

Direct and oversee plant operations across Production and Sanitation functions.

Ensure compliance with and promotion of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all food safety requirements.

Lead and maintain ownership of the Autonomous Maintenance (AM) pillar.

Manage daily operational activities to meet quality, operational, and financial objectives in alignment with short- and mid-term plans.

Establish, monitor, and improve plant performance related to production output and quality standards.

Support budget development and execution; monitor costs and production efficiency to optimize resources and meet manufacturing targets.

Lead and guide operational leaders to execute the manufacturing plan effectively.

Act as a liaison among operational teams and leadership to communicate decisions, policies, and initiatives impacting performance and results.

Oversee plant infrastructure and assets to ensure safe, hygienic, and compliant operating conditions.

Foster a collaborative and professional work environment that supports constructive working relationships.

Identify, recommend, and implement productivity improvements and cost-reduction initiatives; monitor scrap and rework metrics.

Establish, implement, and maintain production standards.

Take corrective action as needed in accordance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Support operations in a 24/7 manufacturing environment, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably within process-oriented operations or a related industry.

Minimum of 5 years managing a major segment of a large manufacturing operation or full operations of a smaller facility.

Experience with IWS/TPM methodologies, including Autonomous Maintenance, preferred.

Strong technical foundation supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Demonstrated experience with manufacturing methods and process improvement programs.

Solid understanding of budgeting and financial statements.

Proven business acumen and people leadership capabilities.

In-depth knowledge of plant operations and manufacturing disciplines.

Change leadership mindset with a focus on lean principles and people development.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Working knowledge of current quality and safety regulations.
-
Strong focus on standardization and procedural compliance.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems such as SAP, scheduling tools, CMMS, MES, and related platforms.
