LaSalle Network is hiring an Onboarding Coordinator to support a busy organization in Evanston, IL during a high-volume summer hiring initiative. This fully onsite opportunity is ideal for candidates who are highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced administrative environment where accuracy matters. If you can move quickly, manage repetitive tasks with precision and jump into a role with minimal training, we want to hear from you.
This approximately six-week assignment offers the opportunity to gain valuable HR operations experience, with potential for extension for top performers.
Responsibilities:
- Verify background check completions and drug screening results through internal systems daily
- Perform high-volume data entry into an HRIS system across multiple platforms and screens
- Support onboarding processes and ensure employee records are complete and compliant prior to start dates
- Take detailed notes and proactively identify discrepancies or missing information
- Provide clerical and HR administrative support during a peak hiring period
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information
Requirements:
- Strong data entry speed and accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and note-taking skills
- Ability to work fully onsite Monday–Friday during daytime hours
- Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
- Ability to pass a background check and employment references prior to start
- Reliable transportation to the Evanston, IL worksite
- Previous HR, onboarding or HR administrative experience preferred
- Experience working with HRIS platforms preferred
- Prior experience supporting high-volume hiring initiatives preferred

- Compensation: $20-25/hour based on experience
