LaSalle Network is partnering with a growing aerospace and manufacturing organization to hire an NDT Level II Inspector to support the expansion of its non-destructive testing team. This is a hands-on role responsible for performing inspections, evaluating product quality, supporting process controls, and ensuring compliance with customer and industry requirements. The ideal candidate will thrive in a laboratory and production environment while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

What's the job?

  • Perform non-destructive inspections using liquid penetrant, magnetic particle, and other applicable testing methods

  • Evaluate components against customer specifications and acceptance criteria

  • Develop and modify inspection techniques based on product requirements

  • Conduct process control checks and maintain compliance with quality standards

  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate records within internal systems

  • Assist with corrective actions, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Support department throughput goals while maintaining accuracy and quality standards

  • Train and mentor team members developing NDT experience

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

  • Collaborate with quality, production, and engineering teams to resolve inspection-related issues


What's needed?

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Current or previous NDT Level II certification experience preferred

  • Documented training and on-the-job experience in applicable NDT methods

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents

  • Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or quality-focused environments preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and handle parts of varying sizes and weights

  • Must be eligible to work in environments requiring compliance with export control regulations
