We are partnering with a leading global retail organization who is seeking a Marketing Data Coordinator to join their in-house marketing team on a contract-basis. This hybrid role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable supporting high-volume projects in a fast-paced environment.
Please note this will be a contract opportunity and will be required to work onsite 2 days a week and remote 3 days in the western suburbs of Illinois.
Marketing Data Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day project workflows, timelines, and asset delivery.
- Support high-volume email communications and project documentation.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to track materials and manage approvals.
- Maintain digital systems and organize files for easy access and accuracy.
- Provide administrative support for campaign execution, reporting, and cross-functional communication.
- Assist with process improvements to help streamline repetitive tasks.
Marketing Data Coordinator Requirements:
- 1 year of full-time experience in data coordination, project coordination, operations, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing data and handling a high volume of tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Positive, dependable, and adaptable with a willingness to learn.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
