This Talent Management Manager will own the organization’s performance management cycle during a pivotal transition period. The role is hands-on, system-driven and highly visible, partnering closely with internal talent leaders and an external HR technology vendor to ensure seamless delivery of goal setting and year-end performance processes.
What’s the job?
- Own and execute the performance management cycle, including goal setting and year-end reviews
- Serve as the internal expert for HRSoft, partnering with the vendor on configuration and enhancements
- Test workflows, validate data and troubleshoot system issues
- Support change efforts, including preparation for a future technology transition
- Assist with training and enablement for leaders and employees
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Management or Performance Management
- Direct experience owning performance management programs
- Hands-on HRSoft experience required
- Strong systems and data mindset
- Experience working with HR technology vendors
- Background in mid-size to large, global organizations
- Willingness to roll up sleeves in an interim role
- $55–$65/hour compensation
