LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of a growing manufacturing organization seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their team. This individual will support logistics operations by coordinating shipments, tracking, and ensuring timely material delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment while collaborating closely with project managers and inventory teams.
This position has opened due to increased workload and logistics activity, creating the need for additional support within the supply chain team.
Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Prepare items for shipment and assist in the processing of outbound shipments
- Process shipments and coordinate shipment schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments
- Communicate with customers and vendors regarding pricing and scheduling
- Assist with resolving issues related to scheduling or inventory
- Complete all essential documentation and shipment checklists
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures outlined in company manuals and the employee handbook
- Perform additional miscellaneous duties as required
- Regular in-person attendance is an essential function of this job
Logistics Coordinator Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration

1–2 years of logistics experience required

Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred

ERP system experience preferred (Jobscope experience is a plus)
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a target pay rate of $22–$23 per hour, with flexibility up to $25 per hour depending on experience, and the role offers medical, dental and vision insurance. The position requires completion of a drug screen and background check prior to employment. The schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, fully onsite.
