LaSalle Network is currently working with a client who is hiring a Legal Assistant Manager.  This position is hybrid and based in Los Angeles, CA and is open due to the company’s growth. They are looking for an individual that has strong leadership skills, a positive attitude and eagerness!    

Legal Assistant Manager Responsibilities:  

  • Oversee a team of over 30 legal assistants supporting over 100 attorneys across the organization  
  • Communicate via phone call, email and text with attorneys to gather required information in order to further cases and assist attorneys  
  • Confirm that all attorneys are being supported on a consistent basis  
  • Conduct performance reviews and ensure accountability for direct reports  
  • Perform onboarding, training, and ensure highest level of output for the Legal Assistant team  

Legal Assistant Manager Requirements:  
  • 3+ years of previous legal assistant management experience  
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred  
  • Experience in a large law firm preferred  
  • Litigation experience preferred
