Land Development Project Manager
Join a fast-growing, employee-owned civil engineering and surveying firm that’s redefining how communities are planned, built, and connected. As we expand our Land Development practice, we’re looking for a driven Project Manager to lead complex site development projects and help shape the next generation of infrastructure across the Midwest.
This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced engineer who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture—someone ready to guide teams, strengthen client partnerships, and play a key role in a firm on the rise.
- Oversee civil site projects from concept through construction, ensuring designs are efficient, compliant, and client-focused.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams—coaching, mentoring, and empowering engineers and designers to deliver excellence.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget execution with exceptional quality.
- Build and expand long-term client relationships, contributing to business development and market growth.
- Represent the firm in client meetings, industry events, and public forums, serving as a visible ambassador for our growing brand.
- Support team expansion through hiring, onboarding, and training as the business scales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required (Michigan preferred).
- 5+ years of land development experience; 10+ years a strong plus.
- Proven success managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder site development projects.
- Strong leadership presence and communication skills, with the ability to drive collaboration and results.

- Competitive compensation package including:
- Base compensation of $130,000 – $150,000; Performance bonuses and profit sharing
