Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Work Model: Hybrid (4 days per week onsite)
- Lead and manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously across IT and business teams
- Communicate scope changes, project plans, budgets, risks and open issues to technical teams and leadership
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including work breakdowns, resource allocation and effort estimates
- Partner closely with cross-functional leaders to implement IT strategies and transformation initiatives
- Drive organizational change management and process improvement efforts
- Assist in building SOPs, developing process flows and coordinating training as needed
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure alignment on timelines and expectations
- 5+ years as an IT Project Manager leading technology or transformation projects
- Experience managing SDLC or similar project lifecycles
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CASP+ or CAPM preferred
- Six Sigma certification is a plus
- Background working closely with IT teams or within IT management environments
- Strong prioritization, planning and scheduling skills
- Understanding of change management and business process improvement
- Experience in facility management or service center operations is a plus
- Ability to work onsite in Scottsdale four days per week
