Inventory Coordinator
We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator to support daily inventory operations within a high-volume food manufacturing environment in Fairfield, CA! This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor while also managing essential inventory data and analysis.
What You’ll Do

Support daily inventory activity across 100–300+ locations

Perform cycle counts and resolve variances accurately and efficiently

Use scan guns and ERP/SAP systems to maintain real-time inventory accuracy

Collaborate with production, warehouse, and IC team members

Split time between the floor (60%) and desk-based responsibilities (40%)
What We’re Looking For
-
1–3 years of inventory or supply chain experience
-
Strong cycle count experience
-
Excel skills (sorting, filtering, simple formulas)

Experience using a scan gun

Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

The budgeted pay for this role is $22-26 per hour.
