This contract role focuses on interview scheduling, event coordination, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. You’ll work closely with five recruiters, supporting both campus and experienced hire recruiting initiatives. Immediate availability is preferred.
Interim Talent Acquisition Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Coordinate 20–30 interviews weekly across multiple business lines
- Manage high-volume interview days
- Schedule interviews via ATS, manage calendar invites, confirmations, and updates
- Partner with recruiters to manage full candidate scheduling lifecycle
- Support campus recruiting initiatives, including on-site interview days and internship program coordination
- Assist with catering and logistics for events
- Deliver a polished, welcoming candidate experience
- Maintain accurate ATS records (Ashby experience preferred)
- 1+ year of recruiting coordination experience required
- 1+ year of campus recruiting coordination experience required
- Internship program support experience is a plus
- Ashby ATS experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication and professional polish
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills in high-volume environments
- Engaging personality for in-person candidate interactions
- Ability to start quickly
- Competitive hourly pay: $25–$30/hour
- Exposure to campus and experienced hire recruiting programs
- Remote work flexibility with occasional Chicago office events
