Interim Human Resources Business Partner Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with the Director of HR to align talent strategies across multiple business units
- Build relationships and provide guidance on employee relations and compliance
- Ensure HR policies and processes stay consistent across all sites
- Coach managers and develop leadership capabilities within operational teams
- Support onboarding, offer letters, and workforce planning efforts
- 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a matrixed or multi-site setting
- Manufacturing experience a plus
- Strong understanding of HR laws, compliance, and employee relations best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday a plus) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate and influence at every level
- $45–$50/hour pay range
