Are you a data-driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships and closing deals? We are representing a global leader in color science and technology seeking an Inside Sales Representative to own a high-impact service territory.
This isn’t your typical “cold-calling” role. You will be the primary point of contact for service care plan renewals, working with an established customer base that relies on our client’s world-class hardware and software to keep their businesses running.
Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

Beyond managing renewals, you will proactively identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling and outbound prospecting within your assigned territory.
- Proactively manage and renew service contracts for an assigned region to drive consistent revenue growth.
- Move beyond “price” by uncovering customer needs and positioning the long-term ROI of world-class service plans.
- Utilize Salesforce (SFDC) to manage your pipeline with precision. You’ll participate in weekly funnel reviews and “Kaizen” events to sharpen your sales process.
- Partner with Field Sales and Lead Gen teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or equivalent business experience.
- Proficiency in the use of PCs and software, including CRM databases. Salesforce experience preferred, but not required.
- Proven interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal) for frequent contact with internal and external customers, as well as leadership.
- High degree of motivation, goal driven, self-starter.
- Proven organizational and time management skills; ability to set priorities and work independently.
- Hybrid work environment – 4 days remote, 1 day onsite
- Office located in the Kentwood/Grand Rapids industrial corridor
- 3 month contract opportunity paying up to $21.00/hr plus commissions
