Our client is looking for a results-driven Procurement Manager to take the lead on sourcing and supplier strategy across multiple categories of raw materials. You’ll partner closely with teams in Quality, R&D, Operations, and Marketing to ensure materials are available, compliant, and cost-effective — keeping production running smoothly and innovation moving forward.

What You’ll Do

Lead sourcing and procurement across multiple raw material categories — ensuring quality, cost, and on-time delivery.

Build and manage strong supplier relationships, executing sourcing strategies that deliver results.

Drive RFQ/RFP processes, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and support co-manufacturing initiatives.

Stay ahead of market trends and cost drivers to inform smart purchasing decisions.

Partner with cross-functional teams to align procurement goals with broader business priorities.

Champion process improvements and special projects that enhance procurement efficiency and transparency.
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

5+ years of procurement experience, raw materials or ingredients is a MUST.

Strong negotiation, data analysis, and supplier management skills.

Comfortable in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Microsoft Office tools.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and collaborative.

Compensation: $130,000 to $150,000 + plus bonus
