LaSalle Network is hiring an Implementation Project Manager for a fast-growing SaaS organization in Chicago. This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for an Implementation Project Manager who thrives in client-facing environments, enjoys managing complex onboarding projects and wants to make a direct impact on customer success. If you’re organized, proactive and confident leading cross-functional teams, this Implementation Project Manager role is for you.
What’s the job?
- Lead end-to-end client onboarding and implementation projects
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, scope and resource allocation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout implementation
- Manage internal teams including developers, solution architects and trainers
- Track milestones, risks, budgets and deliverables
- Communicate status updates to stakeholders and clients
- Ensure quality assurance, testing and successful project closure
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and best practices
- 2+ years of experience as an Implementation Project Manager or Project Manager
- Experience managing SaaS or cloud-based implementations
- Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with project management tools (Salesforce, TaskRay or similar)
- Ability to work hybrid in Chicago (1 day onsite per week)
- $45/hour contract-to-hire opportunity
