What You’ll Do:

Manage employee data entry and maintenance within Workday

Support background check and onboarding processes

Post job descriptions and assist with talent acquisition coordination

Maintain accurate and compliant personnel records

Partner with HR leadership on reporting and analytics

Ensure data integrity across HR systems
What’s Needed:

3-7 years of experience as a Human Resources Coordinator or similar HR role
-
Strong Excel and data analytics skills
-
Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)

High attention to detail and confidentiality
-
Excellent organizational and communication skills
-
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, onsite environment
