A mission-driven, multi-site healthcare provider specializing in medical equipment is seeking an HR Operations Manager to lead its human resources and compliance functions. This is a high-impact, visible leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and overseeing both the HR Generalist and Recruiter.

If you’re a senior HR professional with a strong foundation in union relations, OSHA and ACHC compliance, and workforce development—and are ready to build out people strategy for a growing organization—this opportunity is for you.

What’s the job?

  • Lead and develop the HR department, aligning people strategy with organizational goals
  • Oversee union relations, including contract negotiations and grievance resolution
  • Champion employee engagement and culture-building initiatives across the organization
  • Ensure OSHA compliance across all sites—including training, incident reporting, and audits
  • Own the ACHC accreditation process: policies, recertification, and audit readiness
  • Manage licensing and regulatory requirements for state and DME industry compliance
  • Conduct regular on-site visits to ensure organizational and regulatory adherence
  • Develop and implement HR and compliance policies that align with company values
  • Support strategic workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development

What’s needed?

  • 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibilities
  • Proven experience managing union relations and labor negotiations
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing compliance in multi-site environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required
  • Willingness to travel to additional company sites as needed
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

What’s in it for me?

  • High-impact role reporting directly to the COO
  • Opportunity to shape HR and compliance strategy company-wide
  • Dynamic, mission-driven organization with a strong reputation in its field
  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits

If you’re ready to take on a strategic HR leadership role that combines people, compliance, and operational excellence—we want to hear from you.
