LaSalle Network is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner to join a fast-growing, multi-site manufacturing organization in the alternative medicine space. This Human Resources Business Partner role is highly visible and ideal for an HR professional who thrives in operational environments, enjoys partnering with leaders and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.

As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will support a diverse employee population across multiple states while serving as a trusted advisor to site and operations leadership. You’ll blend strategic people leadership with hands-on execution to drive engagement, retention and performance in a fast-paced setting.

What’s the job?
  • Act as a strategic Human Resources Business Partner to leaders on employee relations, workforce planning and organizational effectiveness
  • Manage complex employee relations issues and lead thorough, objective investigations
  • Provide coaching and guidance on performance management, development plans and corrective action
  • Partner with site leaders to improve engagement, morale, productivity and retention
  • Support and execute local talent management and people development initiatives
  • Oversee onboarding and ensure a seamless day-one experience in partnership with IT, security and talent acquisition
  • Maintain strong onsite presence across Delavan and Peoria locations
  • Lead and support evolving HR initiatives aligned with business needs
What’s needed?
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or Human Resources Business Partner
  • Experience supporting multi-site or operational workforces strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of HRIS and ATS systems
  • Strategic, solutions-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building skills
