LaSalle Network is partnering with a leader in the food and beverage space and we are hiring for a high-impact HR Manager to lead onsite HR operations at a manufacturing site in Eddystone, PA. This 24/7 facility is entering a new chapter under plant leadership, and they need a hands-on HR Manager who can stabilize operations, reduce turnover and build trust across all shifts.

HR Manager Responsibilities
- Serve as the sole onsite HR Manager supporting employees across 3 shifts
- Lead employee relations, investigations, corrective actions and terminations
- Drive full-cycle recruitment and workforce planning
- Partner with plant leadership on operational initiatives
- Address turnover trends and implement retention strategies
- Facilitate performance management, PIPs and succession planning
- Support change management and plant transformation efforts
- 5+ years of HR experience in manufacturing or plant environments
- Proven success as a site-level or plant HR Manager
- Strong employee relations and performance management expertise
- Ability to navigate strong personalities and fast-paced production settings
- Comfortable working independently as the sole HR leader
- High-visibility leadership role
