What’s the job?
- Operate as a strategic advisor to business leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and long-term talent strategy
- Lead complex employee relations matters with fairness, clarity, and a people-first mindset
- Partner with leadership on performance management, coaching, and talent planning
- Analyze people data/metrics to identify trends and guide decision-making
- Support and improve talent programs including performance management, calibration, and L&D
- Collaborate cross-functionally to execute people initiatives across the business
- Refine policies to ensure compliance and culture alignment
- Guide teams through change with empathy and consistent communication
- Lead strategic people projects designed to elevate the employee experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years HR experience
- Start up experience required
- Proven success supporting leaders in high-growth or scaling environments
- Strong coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with performance management, ER, engagement, and L&D
- Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Team-first approach with a proactive, consultative mindset
- Competitive compensation: $95,000–$120,000
