LaSalle Network is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner for a fast-moving, high-growth organization that’s scaling quickly and needs a strategic, solutions-focused HR leader to help guide that growth.

This Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership across the business, helping shape org effectiveness, talent strategy, and the employee experience. What’s the job?
  • Operate as a strategic advisor to business leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and long-term talent strategy
  • Lead complex employee relations matters with fairness, clarity, and a people-first mindset
  • Partner with leadership on performance management, coaching, and talent planning
  • Analyze people data/metrics to identify trends and guide decision-making
  • Support and improve talent programs including performance management, calibration, and L&D
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to execute people initiatives across the business
  • Refine policies to ensure compliance and culture alignment
  • Guide teams through change with empathy and consistent communication
  • Lead strategic people projects designed to elevate the employee experience
What’s needed?
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years HR experience
  • Start up experience required
  • Proven success supporting leaders in high-growth or scaling environments
  • Strong coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with performance management, ER, engagement, and L&D
  • Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • Team-first approach with a proactive, consultative mindset
