LaSalle Network is hiring a Funding Assistant for one of our top clients in downtown Chicago! This temporary, three-month position (with the chance to extend) is ideal for someone who’s organized, detail-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-moving, team-driven environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring funding packages are accurate, complete, and ready for delivery.
Responsibilities:

Review and verify funding and closing documentation

Scan, track, and manage files to maintain quality and compliance

Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve discrepancies
-
Assist with general administrative tasks and department needs
Requirements:
-
One year of title experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and title production software
-
Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and handle a high volume of tasks
