LaSalle Network is hiring a Financial Analyst – FP&A in Westchester, IL to support a growing organization’s financial planning and analysis function. This Financial Analyst – FP&A will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling while partnering closely with leadership and operations to provide insights that drive business performance.

What You’ll Do – Financial Analyst – FP&A Responsibilities

Support the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting cycles as a Financial Analyst – FP&A

Analyze financial performance and provide detailed variance analysis against plan and forecast

Build and maintain financial models to support financial planning and projections

Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting packages

Partner with operations leaders to analyze financial results and identify trends

Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic and operational decision making

Identify opportunities to improve reporting tools and financial visibility
What’s Needed – Financial Analyst – FP&A Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

2+ years of experience in a Financial Analyst – FP&A or similar FP&A role
-
Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting or financial planning processes

Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups and financial modeling
-
Experience working with ERP systems or financial reporting tools
-
Strong analytical and communication skills
