What’s the job?

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO 
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and schedules with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Coordinate in-person and virtual meetings, including agendas, materials, note-taking, and follow-ups
  • Plan and manage detailed travel itineraries and logistics for domestic and international trips
  • Draft, edit, and proofread high-visibility documents, reports, and presentations
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders with professionalism and discretion
  • Track project deadlines and deliverables to ensure follow-through on priorities
  • Process and reconcile expense reports and support special projects as needed
  • Step in to cover for fellow Executive Assistants during PTO as needed

What’s needed?

  • 7–10+ years of executive support experience in a corporate environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-level calendars and confidential information
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage at all organizational levels
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Excellent time management, project tracking, and organizational skills
  • High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and professional maturity
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and act proactively
Compensation: $110,000-$120,000
