A rapidly scaling technology company redefining digital security infrastructure is hiring an Executive Assistant to support its Finance and Commercial leadership team. This organization is building next-generation file and data systems designed for global impact — and is assembling a team capable of operating at the highest level.

This Executive Assistant role is foundational, not transactional. You will support approximately five senior leaders, ensuring clarity, coordination, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. The ideal candidate thrives on managing complexity, anticipating needs, and bringing structure to dynamic executive schedules.

This is a fully in-office position best suited for someone who enjoys being a central operator and trusted partner to leadership.


What You’ll Own

  • Provide dedicated administrative and operational support to Finance and Commercial executives
  • Manage complex, multi-party calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively
  • Serve as the primary intake point for scheduling and administrative requests
  • Coordinate meetings end-to-end, including agendas, materials, logistics, and follow-ups
  • Prepare and organize executive presentations, briefing documents, and reports
  • Arrange business dinners, working sessions, and internal team meetings
  • Track action items and ensure timely follow-through
  • Maintain organized documentation and communication records
  • Anticipate logistical challenges and resolve them before they escalate
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role
  • Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously
  • Background in fast-paced environments such as tech, finance, or high-growth startups

  • Advanced calendar management and scheduling expertise
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong action-item tracking and follow-up discipline
