About the Role
LaSalle Network is hiring for an ERP Business Analyst to support and expand a robust enterprise resource planning platform for a client in the construction industry. This ERP Business Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing system functionality, improving business processes and ensuring ERP adoption across the enterprise.
The ERP Business Analyst will partner closely with leadership, end users and vendors to drive ERP enhancements, manage system issues and deliver training programs that empower teams across the business. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to influence how technology supports operations at scale.

What’s the job?
  • Lead Phase II ERP module implementations, including forecasting, crew time, HCM, safety and three-way matching
  • Gather business requirements, conduct process mapping and perform gap analysis
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP system issues and vendor support
  • Manage ERP vendor relationships and participate in user groups and forums
  • Act as system administrator, managing users, permissions and access
  • Ensure data integrity and develop dashboards and reports
  • Coordinate onboarding and ongoing ERP user training
  • Drive continuous improvement through user feedback and system adoption analysis

What’s needed?
  • 3+ years of experience supporting or administering a construction ERP system
  • CMiC experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of ERP architecture and business process integration
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems or related field
