LaSalle Network is hiring an Interim Senior Employee Relations Specialist for a global organization known for its excellence in people operations and compliance leadership in the real estate space. The Interim Senior Employee Relations Specialist will take the lead on investigations, collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Legal, and Compliance, and play a key role in maintaining a positive and legally sound workplace culture.
Interim Senior Employee Relations Specialist Responsibilities:
- Lead impartial investigations into policy violations, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims
- Document findings in ServiceNow and ensure thorough, confidential recordkeeping
- Partner with HR and Legal teams to guide decision-making and minimize risk
- Advise on disciplinary actions, employee counseling, and resolution strategies
- Stay current with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Identify trends and recommend process improvements
Interim Senior Employee Relations Specialist Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in employee relations or workplace investigations
- Strong knowledge of employment law
- ServiceNow or similar HRIS experience preferred
- Exceptional judgment, communication, and confidentiality skills
