LaSalle Network is hiring an Interim Senior Employee Relations Specialist for a global organization known for its excellence in people operations and compliance leadership in the real estate space. This contract opportunity is perfect for an experienced professional who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and enjoys solving complex workplace challenges.

The Interim Senior Employee Relations Specialist will take the lead on investigations, collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Legal, and Compliance, and play a key role in maintaining a positive and legally sound workplace culture.

Interim Senior Employee Relations Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Lead impartial investigations into policy violations, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims
  • Document findings in ServiceNow and ensure thorough, confidential recordkeeping
  • Partner with HR and Legal teams to guide decision-making and minimize risk
  • Advise on disciplinary actions, employee counseling, and resolution strategies
  • Stay current with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
  • Identify trends and recommend process improvements

Interim Senior Employee Relations Specialist Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in employee relations or workplace investigations
  • Strong knowledge of employment law
  • ServiceNow or similar HRIS experience preferred
  • Exceptional judgment, communication, and confidentiality skills
