LaSalle Network is hiring a Dispatcher! Join a high-energy team based on-site in Salisbury, NC, where no two days look the same. With a starting pay of $18/hour, you’ll play a critical role in keeping operations safe, secure, and running smoothly.
Schedule: Overnight shift
Dispatcher Responsibilities:

Monitor alarm systems and respond swiftly to fire or intrusion signals

Coordinate emergency responses with law enforcement and first responders

Be the go-to communicator for after-hours calls and crises

Maintain strict confidentiality in sensitive situations

Support store teams with remote training and alarm troubleshooting

Manage key requests and PIN code updates for all facilities

Handle dispatching of service calls for retail Loss Prevention systems
Dispatcher Requirements:

1-2 years of relevant experience (dispatch or call center preferred)

High school diploma required

Excellent verbal communication and multitasking skills
-
Willingness to work fully on-site in Salisbury, NC
