LaSalle Network is hiring a Digital Platform Architect to lead the architecture and data strategy for a multi-year, enterprise-wide digital transformation. This hybrid role (2 days onsite) offers the chance to shape how a leading manufacturer reimagines its digital experience across North and Latin America.
You’ll lead platform and data architecture for USG.com and MyUSG.com—customer-facing eCommerce platforms that are being rebuilt from the ground up. With work already underway and a robust tech stack including CMS, PIM, Salesforce, Oracle ERP, and cloud-native integrations, this is a highly visible opportunity to drive architecture that impacts marketing, customer service, and IT.
Digital Platform Architect Responsibilities:
- Own and drive architecture across the digital tech stack, including data movement and platform integration
- Design and communicate scalable solutions across CMS, PIM, and customer portal platforms
- Collaborate closely with Agile development teams and business stakeholders to deliver value iteratively
- Create solution designs, technical documentation, and strategic presentations for executive audiences
- Mentor developers and advocate for best practices in integration and platform architecture
- Support continuous delivery of a modern digital experience through MACH-aligned practices
Digital Platform Architect Requirements:
- 7+ years of IT experience with enterprise digital transformations
- Strong understanding of platform architecture, systems integration, and data pipelines
- Familiar with MACH principles (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless)
- Hands-on experience with Docker, GitHub; familiarity with Kafka and cloud-based databases (e.g., Postgres)
- Background in software development, operations, or engineering
- Strong communicator capable of translating complex technical concepts to cross-functional teams
- Experience with ETL, CMS, and martech tools a plus
Compensation: $120K–$170K base + 15% bonus
Location: Hybrid (2 days/week onsite)
