LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading diagnostic entity company that is committed to providing accurate financial reporting and exceptional customer service.
Their team is seeking a Data Entry Specialist, who can work 100% onsite in their Arlington Heights office, Mon-Fri from 8am – 5pm.
Data Entry Specialist Responsibilities:
- Process and verify daily invoices
- Support email overflow
- Assist with new ERP system
- Verify and ensure all invoices are entered correctly
- Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned as business demands deem necessary.
Data Entry Agent Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with data entry and invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of task
- Well-versed in using ERP and CRM systems to manage, track, and organize informatio
- Highly tech-savvy, able to learn new software quickly and adapt to different systems with ease
Pay and Benefits:
- LaSalle Network contractors have the opportunity to enroll in benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance
- Pay: $18-$20/hr
