LaSalle Network is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to support a client’s busy procurement team. This temporary role focuses on data accuracy, order processing, and supporting daily operational workflows to keep purchasing activities running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and correct purchase orders with data mismatches or errors before resubmitting to suppliers
- Perform basic procurement functions and assist with administrative tasks
- Follow established processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry to support downstream processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain workflow efficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with spreadsheets and databases
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to follow SOPs and adapt to feedback
- Quick learner with solid understanding of workflows and timelines
- Self-starter who works independently and meets deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Work Model: Onsite: Monday-Friday
- Compensation: $17-20/hr – depending on experience
- Timeline: Project
